This licence concerns several repertoires. SACEM and SDRM simplify the procedure with a single contract.
- The works you use were created by authors and composers and are protected by law.
- You must get licences from authors’ societies to use them.
- SACEM
SACEM (Society of Authors, Composers and Publishers of Music) repertoire
- musical works with or without lyrics
- dubbing and subtitles for drama
- musical documentary works only
- poems and sketches
- excerpts from dramatic and musico-dramatic works lasting less than 20 minutes for television
- realization of audiovisual works from the SACEM repertoire (humorous clips and videos)
- humorous or entertaining audiovisual works, SCAMSCAM (Society of Multimedia Authors) repertoire
- audiovisual documentary works (essays, studies, narratives, portraits, full-length and short news reports, creative videos, corporate films….)
- audiovisual current affairs programmes
- journalistic works
- translations, dubbing, subtitling of works relating to SCAM repertoire
- still images (photographs, drawings, illustrations)
- works for radio excluding theatrical adaptations and musical works
- literary or multimedia works, ADAGPADAGP (Society of Visual Artists and Authors) repertoire
Still or animated works relating to the visual arts, such as:
- visual and graphic works
- architectural works
- photographic works and drawings
- computer-generated images, holograms and digital illustrations
- works of video art
- literary works and SDRMSDRM:Society for the Management of the Mechanical Reproduction Rights of authors, composers, publishers, directors, dubbing and subtitles authors. offer you a single contract to license all the works in their repertoires.
- With this single contract, you pay royalties which are then distributed among the creators and publishers, to remunerate their work. Paying royalties entitles you to use these works in full respect of copyright/authors’ rights.

The audiovisual works you wish to make available in the context of your video on demand service may also belong to SACD repertoire. We suggest you contact them to know their licensing conditions.
